We ship all of our parcels and pallets via DHL. All deliveries come with tracking as standard. Deliveries are subject to DHL terms and conditions.
Delivery Rates
We offer discounted delivery prices based on the size of your order. Delivery costs are as follows…

Dispatch Time
Depending on order size and if the items are in stock; we aim to have your order picked and ready for dispatch within 3-5 days of the order confirmation. Once ready, it will be collected by DHL for delivery.
Delivery Times
Depending on your delivery location, the delivery times can vary. We are aiming for;
Netherlands – 1-3 days delivery once collected from our warehouse by DHL.
Western Europe – 3-5 days delivery once collected from our warehouse by DHL.

Should there be any problems with your delivery contact us and we will try to solve it as best we can.
Returns
In the unlikely event that you would like to return your items; you have 21 days after delivery to notify us. The items would need to be ‘as new’ and in the same condition as when they arrived. Collection would then be arranged via courier. Note – we do not provide refunds on shipping/transport costs.
